OBJECTIVES
The objectives of this project are diverse and we consider that they coincide with the KA2 line of the Erasmus Plus Program:
- Promote the inclusion and employability of VET students at risk of exclusion through their training and internships in technology companies.
- Develop three-month mobility for FP students at risk of exclusion in universities and technology companies.
- Develop learning tools that help the beneficiary group to successfully overcome and take advantage of mobility.
- Improve the key skills of VET students at risk of exclusion, focusing them on the labor market, through the collaboration of the technological and educational sector.
- Improve the intercultural and critical thinking skills of VET students at risk of exclusion.
- Encourage VET students at risk of exclusion to exceed their limits and not curb their educational expectations, creating an interest in them to go beyond their studies and become involved in leading research centers.
- Promote language learning and linguistic diversity. Foreign languages play an important role, as the lack of these is one of the main barriers that students face throughout their training and in view of access to the labor market.
- Promote transnational cooperation between VET education centers, universities and technology companies.
- Create synergies between the entities of the strategic network (universities, technology companies and VET education centers).
BENEFICIARIES
VET STUDENTS AT RISK OF EXCLUSION. They are the main recipient of the project, since the materials and results created allow them to be trained and gain access to a first experience in a motivating and attractive job in the technology sector. This experience not only offers them a first real emancipatory opportunity, but also the improvement of their work curriculum, facilitating their subsequent access to the labor market. However, despite the fact that VET students are the main beneficiary group, it is considered essential that this initiative also have repercussions on all the entities involved, especially on VET education centers, technology-based companies and collaborating organizations.
TEACHERS OF VET EDUCATION CENTERS. This target group has the ability to use the results, especially the O1 intellectual result, as well as to bring these results closer to VET students at risk of exclusion.
VET EDUCATION CENTERS. This group is of vital importance, since this project allows them to improve the mobility offer for their students, offer better opportunities for inclusion and employability to their students, as well as tools for the teaching team to tutor students during internships.
TECHNOLOGICAL CENTERS AND EUROPEAN RECNOLOGICAL NETWORKS. Thanks to this project, these centers have the opportunity to discover the potential of VET students and discover the virtues of creating bridges between VET education and technology centers.
RESEARCHERS AND TECHNICIANS FROM TECHNOLOGY CENTER COMPANIES. Their participation has allowed them to improve their informative capacity, improving their skills for networking. The exchange of experiences has improved their way of developing projects and has allowed them to connect with young VET students, facilitating their subsequent reception in their companies.
PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS OF EDUCATION AND TEACHER TRAINING. This target group has been essential to generate a positive impact on hundreds of students, as it has a great capacity for impact, dissemination and replication, since they have direct access to thousands of VET teachers and can include the materials created in this project in the courses. of training that they carry out continuously.
