DIGITAL COURSE: ELEARNING SIMULATION ENVIROMENT IN TECH CENTERS
Digital course, focused on VET students with obstacles, with the aim of training them with all the KNWOLEDGE AND SKILLS required to successfully carry out VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS. This course, based on self-learning, will make it possible to fill the deficiencies inherent to virtual work mobility for both the VET student (difficulty in participating, barriers to integration into work teams, frustration, tension and unease, as well as a feeling of feeling little supported) and for the host technology company (having to invest a lot of time in training the student, few results and little effectiveness in their work).
