This manual is a comprehensive and unique resource designed for VET students with obstacles with all the information they need to access the labor market in the technology sector.

In this manual VET students with obstacles can find everything they need to know about the new VET model in Spain, VET in Italy, Greece and Portugal and how to prepare themselves to enter the technology sector.

This manual is aimed to VET students with obstacles. These are vocational training students at risk of exclusion from intermediate-level training courses in technological branches, such as electricity and electronics, mechanical manufacturing, computer science or chemistry laboratory. They are students who, due to the obstacles they face, have greater difficulties of inclusion and employability. They are dynamic, proactive and highly motivated to learn. For them, mobilities/training periods in technology companies are an essential opportunity for their future. In most cases, these mobilities are a first work experience in the technology sector, in which, in addition to putting into practice the knowledge acquired, they have the opportunity to acquire training specific to their educational curriculum, as well as key and transversal competencies necessary in the technology sector.
